Step 1: CHOOSE A PROGRAM

Preschool Tumbling

This class is for athletes ages 3-5 and just starting out with tumbling! They will work on body control and balance, backbends, handstands, and cartwheels. They will go through stations and obstacle courses that incorporate drills for each skill. Evaluations are required before you can enroll in this program. Please give us a call or email us to schedule an evaluation!

Beginner Tumbling

This class is for athletes that are newer to tumbling. They will be working on cartwheels, round-offs, rolls, bridge-ups, walkovers and handstands. They will also spend a little bit of time at the end of each class working on drills for the next level of tumbling!

Intermediate Tumbling

This class is for athletes that have mastered their beginner tumbling skills and are ready for the next level! The back handspring is one of the biggest accomplishments in tumbling. In this class, our goal is to not only learn the back handspring, but to master it!

Advanced-Intermediate Tumbling

This class is for athletes that have mastered both their beginner tumbling skills and their back handspring! They will work to gain the proper speed and technique in both their standing and running back handsprings and series back handsprings. They will be doing drills for back tucks as well as other drills to get them moving toward the next level in tumbling.
